Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

I don’t know if the originals resonated with the parents of that generation. Now that the original fans are all grown up, The Rise of Skywalker is, however, a film for our time; 

I love that everyone is fighting the dark side for the greater good, sacrificing everything when frankly there’s not much to sacrifice but so much to gain.

I love robots. 

I love Chewie and it doesn’t hurt to have an all-fighting heroic female lead learning from the dear late Carrie Fisher’s Princess Leia.

These last three films have become a Christmas tradition much like the Lord of the Rings trilogy was. What happens in December 2020?
