Have you wondered how life would be if animals ran the world? A bit like they used to but with modern-day tolerance?Yes, me too. More often with apes, mind.Zootopia is such a place. Tiny animals live in their town of tiny houses, bigger animals live side by side and rabbits live in villages and grow carrots. That’s until one of them has big ideas and wants to join the police force in the big city.Judy Hopps is the first bunny to do so but struggles in her first couple of days as a rookie in this aggressive world. Rather than go back to life in Bunnyburrow with her hundreds of siblings, she jumps upon a chance to solve a missing person animal case and has to enlist the help of wily fox, Nick Wilde – what would have been her first arrest.Of course the good girl bunny and bad guy wold form an unlikely alliance and during the course of solving the case uncover corruption, encounter the mafia and all the prejudices of the animal kingdom.Animals skip, hop, dance and sing. That's a good Disney animation.8½/10
