Movie: Man of Steel

I’m still catching up on movie reviews that I now barely remember, so here goes.AKA Superman and otherwise known as the loudest movie ever. Seriously, I was unsure if cinema staff had the wrong volume. I’m not sure what’s worse, the sound being too high or when they forget to turn the lights down when the movie starts.Anyway, this back tracks the birth of Superman, how he came about, who found him and how he was raised. It covers him being advised by his protective parents to keep his strength a secret, to save being ridiculed I guess but even more, to have enjoy an ordinary childhood.So the story is good until the last third when a now be-suited Superman destroys countless buildings during a fight with his enemy for no other reason it seems but to give us half hour of action. I mean take it to an unpopulated field or at least a car park! Pointless.6/10Smile factor 6/10Coffee rating: Instant
