Movie – Die Hard 5: A Good Day To Die Hard
First off, no it’s not a Die Hard film. It stopped being Die Hard after 2: Die Harder, in reality. We forgave 3: Die Hard with a Vengeance because his partner in crime (or in killing bad guys) was Samuel L Jackson. I still preferred the lone cop as the partner though but With a Vengeance still carried the essential DH one-liners.We’ll gloss over DH4: Live Free or Die Hard, as I couldn’t even remember what it’s called. I do remember it came out on July 4th and a friend and I made deliberate and enthusiastic plans to watch it that day. Similarly, DH5 came out on a significant day, February 14th and despite knowing it’s not going to be great (but I had secret hope!) the BF and I ventured out on V Day, something ordinarily I would never want to do .So, the one-liners are far too few, the action scenes as expected, the story, I barely recall but does that I mean I regret seeing it? Of course not!5/10Smile factor 4/10
