Harrison Ford plays an estranged husband living far from home after a family tragedy but he is not the star of the show. The star is Buck the dog but which one is hearing the call of the wild?

Buck, a strong working dog has multiple owners, some who love him, some who mistreat him, most who appreciate his greatness but not all respect it. I loved the postal workers best - imagine having the job to go across snowy mountains on the bag of a dog sleigh delivering post to villages? I’ve not heard of the ‘legendary book’ (or other films) but this is basically the Lassie story.

Absolutely worth the watch.
